1) Will quests be short or long?

There will be both. Some quests can take up to 15 rl minutes to complete and others will take rl months.

2) Concerning curses/poisons. Will there be situations, when affected person can only obtain cure through certain quest?

Yes. There will be many things tied to quests!

3) If you screw up on the quest will you be able to have another go at it?

3a) Will quests "regenerate" after completion by another player?

Most quests will "re-spawn" in some fashion, but there may be random elements to make them more interesting. Some quests may only appear at certain dates for example, while others may only occur occasionally when you defeat an NPC. Nanjarii led quests will be one time opportunities (although another similar quest might be run again).
